About compatibility, equipment and safe remote work with your Mercedes-Benz.

Can everything be done remotely?

Many settings are available remotely. We first check the model, year and required service to determine if remote connection is possible.

What's needed for remote work?

A car, a laptop with stable internet, and a compatible diagnostic adapter. Before starting, we'll agree on equipment and vehicle power requirements.

Which Mercedes-Benz models are supported?

Compatibility depends on the model, year and installed control units. Prepare this data — we'll check the available capabilities for your specific car.

How much does the service cost?

The cost is determined after inspecting the car and the scope of work. The price is agreed before work begins.

Do I need to stay by the car?

Yes, stay reachable and near the car during the session. You may need to perform agreed ignition actions or check the result.

Can I disconnect the adapter during the work?

Do not disconnect equipment or power off without the specialist's instruction. If the connection drops, do not restart flashing yourself — contact the specialist first.

Will any OBD adapter work?

No. A basic fault-code reader adapter may not support the required operations. Do not buy equipment before confirming compatibility.

How long does the work take?

Duration depends on the required operation and system condition. Session length is agreed after inspecting the car; there is no universal time for all services.

Does the website connect to the car automatically?

No. The page helps check your readiness and draft a request. The remote session itself is conducted separately with a specialist after agreement.
